How has the Pittsburgh Kids Network benefited your ministry?
Through connections at the PKN, we were able to find a replacement youth pastor that has been a perfect fit for our ministry. What could have been a very rocky transition, turned out to be one of the best ones.
How has the Pittsburgh Kids Network benefited you personally?
PKN came into my life at a time when I didn’t really feel like I was doing a lot of receiving. I was pouring out a lot, but not really taking anything in. PKN gave me the opportunity to be poured into personally, and that was a gift. I have been able to create long lasting connections with people who know what it’s like to be in my shoes. We are able to encourage one another as we point people to Jesus. The relationships that I’ve been able to build here have been invaluable.
What would you tell a new youth pastor who's not connected to the PKN?
GET CONNECTED. Haha. No one is an island. We aren’t meant to do life alone!
