Chris McClain

Chris McClain is Vice President of Corporate Development for Paul C. Rizzo Associates, Inc.. Rizzo is an award-winning, highly focused Family Owned firm specializing in all aspects of the civil engineering and earth sciences fields for the power generation facilities, dams, mining, and tunneling markets.

Since joining Rizzo in 2006, Chris has served in a number of important leadership roles in its overseas operations.  Today, he is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of Rizzo’s long-range Strategic Plan as well as leading Rizzo’s Leadership and Ownership Transition Plan.

Prior to joining Rizzo, McClain was Director of Sales and Marketing for Legends Golf Group in Myrtle Beach SC. He was responsible for the marketing, sales and reservations departments. Chris also served as  the Southeast Sales Director for Golfweek, responsible for the company’s largest territory.

Chris is currently the Treasurer of the Board of the Pittsburgh Kid’s Foundation. PKF is a catalyst for bringing together a diverse coalition of 200 youth workers, combining resources to better serve the children and youth of the greater Pittsburgh area. PKF is also highly involved in Haiti, providing funding and resources for orphans in the Cap Haitian area.

McClain holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Robert Morris University. Outside of the office, McClain spends his time with his wife, Mara, of 22 years, following their kids, Jordan and Jake’s soccer teams.
